Position Summary: Southern Oak is looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Accounting & Finance department. This position will work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is responsible for providing accounting support to the department. The Accounting Assistant will perform various tasks related to premium processing and adjustments, premium reconciliations, escheatment check follow-up, conduct data entry functions and handle inquiries from management, underwriting and policyholders to ensure customer service satisfaction.
