- Please remember to enter information for Distance to Fire Hydrant (ft) & Distance to Fire Station (mi) to accurately rate homes in our system.
- Unlimited acreage is acceptable for homes located in a protection class 1-8. Homes in a PC 9 or 10 are eligible if located on 5 acres or less.
- Flood policies are available through Wright Flood and can be easily accessed through our quoting system.
- If you prefer that your customer have 1 claims adjuster during the claims process, Southern Oak offers a Flood Endorsement to most of our policies when eligible. An elevation certificate is not required, but recommended and our rate is 15% less than the NFIP.
