About Brian
Brian Blackburn is new to the insurance field and thrilled to be starting his career with Southern Oak as a Territory Manager. Brian is a true North Florida area native, growing up in Orange Park and then earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Jacksonville University on a Soccer and Golf scholarship.
The majority of Brian’s professional career has been focused in the golf industry, primarily as a Golf Pro at Jacksonville’s historic San Jose Country Club. Most recently, Brian joined us from the Beverage Industry where he was an Off-Premise Sales Representative for the local Anheuser-Busch distributor, North Florida Sales. Additionally, Brian is a licensed REALTOR and member with NEFAR.
Brian is eager to help you grow your business, and possibly improve your golf swing as well. In his free time Brian enjoys playing soccer and golf with friends, running an occasional marathon, and combing Northeast FL’s beaches for sharks teeth with his partner Lauren.
